4 week- Drop off program for open-ended making

Sundays from 1-3pm Age 6+

Older children can spend hours at our studio maker tables creating art from their own ideas, without instructions or a lesson plan. This program aims to honour their naturally occurring creative spirit by providing a rich variety of materials and tools each week, standing back and giving participants the freedom and agency to make what and how they want. We believe, that when children are given opportunities to discover and make things on their own, the more original and innovative the art becomes. Glue guns, cardboard cutters, 3-D pens and more will be used in this creative making program.

Things to Know About Art Workshops and Programs

  • DRESS FOR MESS

    Wear clothing to get messy in! Socks are required for everyone attending, including adults.

    DROP OFF/PICKUP

    You will receive a phone call from our program facilitators, prior to the beginning of each session/workshop for further details regarding pick up and drop off locations. For safety, please wait outside for drop-off and pick-up. The facilitator will greet you at the appropriate program door at the beginning of the program and have drop-off program participants ready for pick- up at the end of the program.

  • MISSED SESSIONS

    Our programs and workshops have limited capacity. For this reason, we do not provide refunds or make-up sessions for any missed classes.

    CANCELLATIONS

    Less than 24 hours notice

    No refund or credit is issued. This includes unexpected illness or weather or other.

    Cancellation due to severe weather/ low enrolment or other circumstances beyond our control.

    A full refund will be issued.
